This is a 30 minute instructor lead class.Combining the resistance circuit with aerobic exercises to maximise results and fun.

Zumba in the circuit

 

This class is for the fun seekers out there who want to dance off the calories and shimmy their way to fitness. It’s a Latin inspired dance fitness class that incorporates Merengue /Salsa /Reggaton and Cumbia dance moves in 45mins of action packed fun.

Pilates

30 minute workout which uses short bursts of intense exercise followed by measured rest periods to get your metabolic rate up and raised for up to 36 hours after each workout!

Pilates is a slow controlled form of exercise that develops core strength, flexibility, co-ordination and enhances natural posture. A great class to gain strong flat abs.
